I'm so glad you're here.
Let me tell you how I got here myself...
Since early childhood, I can remember being fascinated with alternative, holistic wellness and Eastern medicine. I knew from a young age I would some day be helping others improve their quality of life with these interests in mind. This inner knowing lead me to massage therapy school.
My massage and bodywork career kicked off in 2010 and I've loved every minute. My first priority has always been to provide a safe and healing space for my clients. I recognize each body is unique and your sessions will be centered around your current physical state in this ever-changing world.
I value clear communication with each session so we can tackle the problem at hand (quite literally!). With each session, we will have a goal or focus for the day's work, even if that just means breaking up stress-induced tension or relieving aches and pains.
I am independently operated and one of the things I have come to value most is the trust my clients have in my work after many years of therapy together.
I have worked with many individuals after surgical procedures, mental health therapies, suffering from headaches or migraines, having gone through a major life change (personal, medical, work, family, etc.), chemo therapy, before and after giving birth, musculoskeletal injuries, in hospice, and so much more! I have accelerated training and several years of experience with clients with special needs of all sorts. I also teach yoga for individuals with special needs.
I have additional training in the following modalities:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Adaptive/Special Needs Massage
Hot Stone Massage
